The American Lung Association will be holding their 25th Annual Autumn Escape Bike Trek from October 2nd through the 4th. It is a fun, three-day, 160-mile at-your-own-pace tour along Cape Cod, Massachusetts (two-day, 105-mile option available). Designed to attract the expert and novice alike, this cycling adventure from Plymouth to Provincetown offers a weekend filled with beautiful scenery, entertainment and support along the way. We ride rain or shine and provide overnight accommodations, medical and mechanical support, rest stops and more!
