Summary of Reviews

We have read all expert and user reviews on the Euybike K6. In summary, this is what cyclists think.

8 reasons to buy

  • Euybike offers this bike in two builds: the K6 Plus (960Wh battery) and the K6 Pro (1,200Wh).
  • Reviewers find the upright riding position comfortable, and the handlebars can be angled to suit rider preference.
  • In testing, the Logan hydraulic brakes and 180mm rotors demonstrate good stopping power.
  • Reviewers enjoy the smooth and responsive pedal assist.
  • Experts praise the K6's fast acceleration to 28mph with the throttle.
  • A 200lb tester using mostly throttle power gets 34 miles of range on pavement.
  • The K6 has an above-average payload capacity of 400lb.
  • The K6 comes with fenders, a rear rack, a headlight, an externally powered taillight, and a USB port in the display.

16 reasons not to buy

  • Testers are underwhelmed by the K6's performance on climbs for a 1,000W e-bike.
  • The dual-crown fork can hit the frame when turning sharply.
  • The 78lb K6 Plus and 81lb K6 Pro are heavy and challenging to maneuver while riding.
  • The folded bike is large and cumbersome, making it difficult to transport.
  • Testers say folding the K6 is awkward, and the battery can only be removed when the bike is folded.
  • The knob that twists to lock the bike in the folded or unfolded position comes loose on one tester's bike.
  • Euybike lists a height range of 5’7” to 6’5”, but two 6’ reviewers find the K6 Pro’s handlebars too low.
  • The stem bolts must be loosened for the K6 Pro's handlebars to fold.
  • The provided 2A charger yields long charge times for both builds.
  • The included taillight is externally powered and lacks brake activation.
  • Testers find the short-travel rear shock too stiff, and it isn't adjustable.
  • Reviewers report ghost pedaling at 20mph.
  • An expert experiences the battery detaching from the connectors and powering off while riding.
  • Testers struggle to use the throttle at low speeds due to the jerky power delivery.
  • One expert finds the steering twitchy.
  • Several reviewers complain of the chain dropping.

Bottom line

The Euybike K6 is a folding e-bike with full suspension, fat tires, and a 1,000W motor. It's available in two builds: K6 Plus (960Wh battery) and K6 Pro (1,200Wh). This bike earns praise for its speed over flat terrain, strong brakes, and comfort. However, it's littered with issues. The cumbersome folded size, awkward folding process, and high weight make it a poor choice for a folding bike. Inaccurate sizing, long charge times, stiff rear suspension, and dropped chains also frustrate experts. A tester also doubts the safety of the folding mechanism. All things considered, the K6 should be avoided.

Euybike K6 Pro: 1000 Watt Folding E-Bike

The weight is an issue; it’s 81lb. I don’t like heavy bikes. It’s a massive battery in there, 25Ah. I don’t like the charger, only 2A… [But] out of the box, it works great.

Euybike K6 Pro E-Bike Review

Complaining that an e-bike is too powerful doesn’t happen that often, but it crossed my mind… That said, if you’ve got the need for speed and looking for an all-terrain electric beast, this super-powered K6 Pro is a fun choice.

The World’s Beefiest E-Bike – Euybike K6 Pro Review

If you can look past the strange folding style and the other little nit picks I have about this bike, for the price, it’s a very good option… Just make sure to be smart about the locking mechanism.

Euy K6 Pro Review: Why Is This Folding Fat Tire E-Bike So Weird Looking?

It’s fast, comfortable, easy to ride, comes with some nice features, and there are some key wins here. But I’m not sure that the funky folding mechanism actually adds that much value to the bike.

Euybike K6 Pro Full Review

The Logan brake system provides very good stopping power… I love the seat, I like the trigger shifter, and it has a nice look to it. The only gripe is that the way you fold this thing is really awkward.

Euybike K6 Pro (K6F): All-Terrain, Fast, Foldable 1000W Beast!

They say the recommended rider height would range between 5’7” and 6’5”. Now I’m 5’10” and I find that the distance between the seat and the handlebars is just about as close as I’m comfortable with.
